    The Waltham shop will be closed on Saturday, May 25th for the Memorial Day weekend and will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, May 28th.

    The Middleboro and North Andover shops will be closed on May 31st. The Waltham shop will be open for regular business hours from 10AM until 4PM. ALL shops will re-open for regular business hours on June 4th at 10AM.

    Payment

    Our online store accepts MasterCard and Visa.

    We sell gift certificates in the amounts of $10, $25, and $50. However, we do not currently accept these as payment in our online shop.

    Shipping Methods

    First-Class Mail arrives approximately 10 days after shipment [see below for chart of standard shipping fees.]

    Priority Mail arrives approximately 2 to 3 days after shipment. Add $10 to standard shipping fees. Available within the continental U.S. only.

    Express Mail arrives overnight to two days from date of shipment to most locations. Check with your local Post Office for restrictions. Add $20 to standard shipping fees. Available within the continental U.S. only. Sunday and Holiday delivery is available to many destinations for a small additional charge at Post Office rates.

    We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront, for the entire order.

    Return and Refund Policy



    All returned merchandise must be in salable condition, with original tags and packaging. All merchandise must be currently available in our store.

    With receipt, and within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Beyond 30 days, items returned with receipt can be exchanged or we will issue a store credit. If you are returning the item by mail, for your protection, we recommend you insure the package.
