We sell gift certificates in the amounts of $10, $25, and $50. However, we do not currently accept these as payment in our online shop.
We make every effort to deliver in-stock items approximately 10 business days after receiving your order.
First-Class Mail arrives approximately 10 days after shipment. [see below for chart of standard shipping fees.]
Priority Mail arrives approximately 2 to 3 days after shipment. Add $10 to standard shipping fees. Available within the continental U.S. only.
Express Mail arrives overnight from date of shipment to most locations. Check with your local Post Office for restrictions. Add $20 to standard shipping fees. Available within the continental U.S. only.
International orders will be shipped by First-Class Mail. Add $15 to standard shipping fees.

We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.
All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging. All merchandise must be currently available in our store.
With receipt, and within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Beyond 30 days, items returned with receipt can be exchanged or we will issued a store credit. If you are returning the item by mail, for your protection we recommend you insure the package.

If you do not have your packing slip, please also indicate the order number and the name of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.
Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
